Workless Environment :)

Wireless, Paperless, WorklessThis era of human development is intriguing. Instead of asking for more, we are determined to use less and less. Take the case of wires. We don’t want wires running around our homes and offices so we technologized a system whereby one don’t need wires. You don’t have to be a technology junkie to realize that I am talking about the “Wireless” syndrome.

One day one of our ancestral boss found an employee flying a paper plane during work hours. Hence the idea of paper less environment was born so as not to give any further chance to employees to fly paper planes ever again in offices.

Another reason could be our allegiance to support an environ-mental friendly (focus is on MENTAL) society. Hence we reached a conclusion that the only solution to put an end on axing trees in our jungles is to use less or no paper at our homes and offices. So to freeze the paper thriving phenomenon, our brainy people proposed a paradigm shift by going Paperless.

A lot of companies may have to incorporate both Wireless and Paperless environment as part of their Corporate CSR initiatives. Now this involves lot of money and money exists in paper form.

To circumvent this situation, here is a proposal from my side. Instead of going Wireless or Paperless, go for a Workless environment. Simple, when there is no work, you neither need a WLAN (Wireless LAN) nor any paper to justify paperless environment.

    • Quddus Sb, thank you for your comments. I don’t have a solution for a crimeless environment, but yes we can have a worryless environment if we start using more of our “sense of humor” in a given tense situation.

  1. Well no doubt we are getting so much focused upon environ-mental friendly issues that we even forget we are producing them to make our work easy and not to put an end to it. The point is : instead of simplifying things and find a constructive solution we finish the trend so that it can no longer cause any problem, that is called escapism and thats never going to solve our problems. It would just make us to “Use less and less” correctly said by Hamza, thnx for sharing the post.
